Our Story
Tax season can feel intimidating, especially when rules change, forms pile up, and time is limited. The Filing Haus was built to simplify the process for busy individuals and self-employed clients who don’t have the time—or desire—to figure it all out themselves.
We focus on accuracy, transparency, and communication. That means no rushed filings, no confusing explanations, and no unanswered questions. Just a clear process designed to make filing easier from start to finish.
Meet the Founder
Toni Hunter
Founder & Tax Preparer
Like many of her clients, Toni Hunter didn’t always have a “simple” tax situation. She’s been filing her own taxes for over 15 years and knows how stressful the process can feel—especially when you’re juggling work, family, and changing income.
After starting her career as a government employee and later becoming an independent contractor in 2019, Toni experienced firsthand how different tax filing can be depending on how you earn your income. That personal experience inspired The Filing Haus, a modern tax service built to help busy individuals and self-employed clients file with clarity, confidence, and less stress.
